What is CPL?
You probably already know LEGO, the company that makes edgy plastic bricks that hurt a lot when stepping on them and sparks hours and hours of creativity and smiles.
Well, LEGO Creative Play Lab is the department in LEGO in charge of developing the future of play and come up with radically new experiences and business models that challenge the way things are currently done.
RAIMUND BAUER SETS
I helped with the development of set designs for a number of opera and theatre pieces across Europe.

Raimund and his team focuses primarily in the creation of sets for opera productions across the world.
As part of my internship I analysed the different scripts, mapped the technical limitations of several theatre stages and made scale models of props and sets for various pieces.
One of the sets I was involved in the development of was Schönes, performed in Zurich in 2013.
For it, I created a number of scale models and concepts that looked into different tone of voice propositions. One ended up being used in the live performance
